我在香港2012Vinexpo 的第一天上午品鉴了10款来自于勃根第香颂家族的酒，并有幸结识了庄主Gilles de Courcel。

当天，Gilles de Courcel向我展现了勃根第人的认真和敬业的工作态度，他在每打开一款酒后都要试饮，确认酒没有出现保存、运输等任何问题后，再让我们品尝。在品鉴了10款来自香颂的酒后，完全颠覆了我以往对香颂的印象，每支酒都很出色。或许正如Gilles de Courcel所说，他把每支酒都当作自己的儿子来看待，所有酒都由他亲自采摘和酿造的。

During the HK Vinexpo 2010, on the morning of my first day, I was so fortunately to taste ten wines from Chanson—a Bourgogne famous family, and meet the owner-Gilles de Courcel as well.

On that day, Gilles de Courcel showed me the hardworking and seriously working attitude of the burgundian; he didn’t let me taste the wine until he carefully tried every wine before our tasting to make sure all the wines without any problem (storage, transportation, etc). After I have tried all the ten wines, it really made me recognize the Chanson, all the wines were outstanding. Maybe as the words of Gilles de Courcel, he regards these wines as his sons; all of them were picked and made by himself.

White Wine：

Maison Chanson Meursault 2010

Pale lemon color. Medium+ aroma of mushroom, butter, almond, apple, cinnamon. Lemon, green apple, truffle notes on the palate. Medium+ body. High acidity.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Chenevottes 2010

Straw-yellow color. Medium+ aroma of mineral, oaky liquorice, milk tea, ripen citrus and lemon. Medium body. Very high acidity. Elegant, balanced, delicated!

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Mouches 2010

Pale lemon  color with green rim. Pronounced aroma of chocolate, cinnamon, butter, wood, lemon, apple. Medium body with high acidity.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru Les Caradeux 2010

Elegant balanced between oaky, mineral, fruity. Butter, apple, citrus, mineral, white chocolate on the nose. On the palate, it is hint of creamy, underyling high acidity.

Red Wine：

Maison Chanson Chambertin-Clos de Beze Grand Cru 2009

Pale color. On the nose, it was full of cream coffee, raspberry, earth, red currant, hint of truffle, flower, and sweet spices. Ginger, raspberry, subtle mineral flavour on the palate. Medium+ weigh texture. Medium+ balanced acidity and tannin. Long, rounded length.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Mouches 2009

Deep purple color. Medium+ aroma of dark plum, ginger, mineral, vanilla chocolate, raspberry, and subtle herbal notes. Round tannin with crisp acidity. Short length.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Feves Monopole 2009

Medium purple-red. Pronounced aroma of waxberry, vanilla, rapsberry, white chocolate, earth, violet, hint of gamey notes. Medium+ body. Smooth texture. Medium+ acidity with silky tannin. Medium liquorice length.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru Le des Vergelesses 2009

Pale ruby. Intense aroma of raspberry, plum, strawberry rouge, coffee latte, liquorice, dusty, with subtle vanilla notes. Medium+ body, high acidity, firm tannin.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Premier Cru Savigny Dominode 2009

Medium- ruby. Medium nose of earth, chocolate, leather, ginger, mushroom, red currant, and subtle vanilla. Very high, solid acidity.

Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils Premier Cru Santenay Beauregard 2009

Pale color. Pronounced aroma of violet, ginger, mineral, coffee bean, chocolate, raspberry, plum. Plenty of red fruity, ginger notes on the palate. Medium+ body with high acidity.
