这次的Vinexpo最大的收获便是对香槟地区的深入了解和学习。我把在本次Vinexpo最后的时光都放在品鉴香槟上了。终于使这次香港之行在香槟优雅美丽的气泡中画上了圆满的句号。我挑选了几支给我留下深刻印象,有些尚未进入中国市场的香槟酒,同大家一起分享那美妙的体验。
This time for the tour of Vinexpo, the biggest harvest should be the deeper understanding and study of Champagne. The full time I was all used for tasting Champagne when close to the final time. Eventually, this Hong Kong’s travel has painting a satisfactory conclusion with the elegant bubbles of Champagne. I select several Champagnes which have great impressively me, some of them has not entered into Chinese market, to share with the fantastic experience with all.
Champagne Napoleon Blanc de Blancs Brut
Pale lemon color. Intense on the nose of yeast, biscuit, apple, lime, hint of buttery notes. Lasting, strong bubble. High acidtiy. Very dry aftertaste.
Champagne Charles Gardet Premier Cru Chigny-ls-Roses Brut Reserve
Use of year 2000 grapes, long time of barrel aging. Golden color. Heavy oaky(liquorice, wood), nutty(almond, hazelnut) on the nose with ripen lemon, citrus fruit. Very smooth.
Champagne Philipponnat Premier Cru Clos des Goisses Brut 2001
Deep lemon color. Heavy nose of yeast, toast, savoury butter biscuit, lemon, lime. Aggressive bubble. High acidity.
Champagne de Castelnau Brut Millesime Vintage Blanc de Blancs 1999
Medium lemon color. Medium+ aroma of almond, yeast, butter, biscuit, citrus, caramel. Full of dark chocolate, lime, hazelnut, butter toast notes on the palate. High acidity. Delicate bubble. Ready to drink.
Champagne Vieille France Brut 2004
Medium- lemon green. Notable buttery notes with caramel, yeast, citrus, chalk, apple. Aggressive bubble. Smooth.
Champagne Bollinger Rose Brut
Pale copper color. The aroma is intense and complex of strawberries, yeast, caramel, raspberries, mulberry, jasmine tea, and toasty lees. A full-bodied and round flavor. Aggressive bubble with delicated texture underling high, lovely acidity.
